Coaching is a results-oriented conversation between me, the coach, and you, the client, that helps you realize what you want. I will assist and support you to come up with the answers and learn more about yourself.
A coach will:
- Observe patterns that help you create and execute new actions
- Employ various methods to help you achieve results
- Listen, reflect and ask questions to extract thoughts and thinking
- Facilitate your ability to convert self-discoveries into new behaviors
Coaching is not advice giving.
Coaching is about change and transformation.
A coach’s goal is to help clients create new conversations and actions that accelerate the process of recreating themselves and achieving their goals. By creating a new conversation and letting go of old conversations, the client can create a new future.
To me, coaching is about being in action and making positive changes in your life.
