Have what you say you want.
This simple statement is the basis of my practice. We all desire many things in our lives including fulfilling jobs, healthy relationships, new careers, opportunities to pursue our passions, etc. However many of us, for whatever reasons, are not getting what we want. We are not being our true and authentic selves. That’s where I come in. I call myself the Miracledreamer. I help you see your vision and create steps to make that vision a reality.
You have the answers. I help you trust yourself.
Your agenda is already within you. You have the blueprint and plans for what it is you want in your life. Once you are willing to take the first step, the rest gradually falls into place. I create a space that is safe where you feel supported, and I encourage you to go for what you want.
I work with you as a whole person. I do not dwell in your past, counsel or give you advice. I am not here to fix you, put you back together or tell you what to do. Rather, I am here to support you and facilitate you having what you say you want by guiding you to your own knowledge and answers.
The SMART Model
I use the SMART model to help you create your goals because it’s simple, concise and encourages you to take measurable, timed and actionable steps. The SMART model is like a road trip. You know where you want to go, so you have your plans, maps and tools. You know the distance, the mode of transportation and what you will need to get you to your desired destination. Lastly, you know how long it should take for you to arrive. This process gives you control of your situation. It gives you control of your, experience, freedom, fun and ultimately have what it is you say you want with ease.
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable/Achievable
R - Realistic
T Timely
I also use the Current State vs. Desired State analysis to help clients bring their goals to the surface and develop actions. Clients rate themselves on a scale of 1-10 enabling them to measure progress over time. This method helps clients close gaps very quickly. The current state has you look honestly at where you are right now in this present moment/now/today. Then you look at what it is you want in the present moment/now/today. Once we are able to see the current state and the desired state. You can see what is in the gap and eliminate it.
